een speciale uitgifte van zegels bestaande uit 2 gecombineerde delen, waarvan het rechterdeel de officiële postzegel met frankeerwaarde is ( het logo ) en het linkerdeel een vignet waarop bepaalde thema’s, zoals verjaardagen, geboortes, feestelijkheden e.d. worden belicht. Deze zegels worden te koop aangeboden in Artisshops en Philaboetieks van de Post.
