"Kleine Leeuw" in dubbele ovale medaillon. Zegels voor het frankeren van dagbladen en drukwerken. Voor de getande zegels 14.5 x 14 (1863-1867) werd de perforatie van de vellen gedaan door de Gebroeders Gouweloos te Brussel. De tanding 15 x 15 werd gedaan door het Zegelatelier.
